Whom shall I contact regarding InterNIC billing?

If we registered the domain for you then you can call us directly.  If you already had a registered domain before coming to HostPartnerPro for hosting, then you must contact your domain registrar.


How do I update account contact information?

Simply email us at: accounting@HostPartnerPro.com with your new information. Don't forget to tell us your domain name & user ID.


Can I change my userid and password?

The userid is derived from the portion of your domain name and cannot be changed. However, you can change your password in your shell access (ssh client). Once logged in type passwd and then follow the instructions.

What is your renewal procedure?

We'll automatically email you 30 days in advance with notice of expiration. At this time you can renew with no additional set-up fees.
